Service Satisfaction

At Glowielight, we are committed to providing exceptional personal styling and image consulting services. Your satisfaction is our priority, and we strive to ensure every client is delighted with their experience.

Service-Based Policy

As we provide professional styling services rather than physical products, our return policy differs from traditional retail policies. Once a styling session or consultation has been completed, the service cannot be returned. However, we are committed to addressing any concerns you may have.

Satisfaction Guarantee

We stand behind the quality of our services. If you are not satisfied with any aspect of your styling experience, please contact us within 7 days of your service completion. We will work with you to:

  • Address specific concerns about the service provided
  • Offer additional guidance or consultation at no extra charge
  • Provide alternative styling recommendations
  • Schedule a follow-up session to refine your style plan

Cancellation and Rescheduling

If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment:

  • Cancellations made 48 hours or more before your appointment will receive a full refund
  • Cancellations made less than 48 hours before your appointment may be subject to a 50% cancellation fee
  • No-shows will be charged the full service fee
  • Rescheduling is available at no charge if done at least 24 hours in advance

Refund Process

Eligible refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days and returned to the original payment method. Please note that it may take additional time for your financial institution to process the refund.

Package Services

For multi-session packages or comprehensive makeover services:

  • Refunds are available for unused sessions if requested within 30 days of purchase
  • Completed sessions are non-refundable
  • Partial refunds will be calculated based on the number of sessions completed

Personal Shopping

Items purchased during personal shopping sessions are subject to the return policies of the individual retailers where they were purchased. We can assist you with returns to these retailers, but we cannot process returns for items we did not sell directly.

Exceptions

Refunds may not be available in cases of:

  • Client no-shows without prior notice
  • Failure to provide necessary information for service delivery
  • Violation of our terms of service
  • Services completed more than 30 days prior to refund request
